With 2025 fully underway, we at Visceral are reflecting on the previous year that was as challenging as it was rewarding. This past year tested many businesses, including ours, but thanks to the incredible trust and collaboration of our clients and partners, we not only weathered the storm but emerged stronger and more united. We are filled with gratitude for the relationships we’ve built and the successes we’ve shared together.

Celebrating Our People
Our team’s growth and milestones have been some of the brightest parts of this year. We’re thrilled to celebrate these personal wins:
- Travis welcomed baby Dylan into the world and later bought a house, settling into a new space with his family!
- Dana celebrated 10 years with Visceral, bought a house, got engaged, had a wedding in Ireland, and is expecting a baby—what a year!
- Jay and Dana shared their expertise, speaking to a USD marketing class. Jay also gave a “Websites 101” workshop for Business For Good, sharing practical insights with the community.
- Visceral contributed over $130K in benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, retirement match, etc.) to support our team and distributed over $80K in bonuses and profit pooling.
Milestones for Visceral
2024 marked a year of transformation and achievement for our agency:
- We launched a brand-new Visceral website and visual identity, better reflecting who we are and the impact we strive to make.
- For the fifth consecutive year, we achieved Carbon Offset Certification, underscoring our commitment to sustainability.
- We proudly sponsored New Breath’s Collective Liberation 2024 Annual Celebration & Awards Ceremony, supporting critical work for social justice and equity.
- We brought home honors at the Sandies Awards, celebrating creativity and innovation in design.
