What You’ll Do

You’ll channel your passion for a brand strategy to help nonprofit organizations, philanthropies, and advocacy organizations create meaningful connections with their communities. In this role, you will:


You’ll work collaboratively with the team to bring ideas to life, delivering:

  • Strategic Brand Frameworks
  • Brand Naming
  • Brand Messaging
  • Logos & Visual Identities
  • Brand Guidelines
  • Communications Tactics


You’ll lead research activities that set the foundation for successful brands:

  • Brand Workshops
  • Brand Audits & Assessments
  • Stakeholder Interviews & Surveys
  • Audiences Interviews & Surveys
  • Persona Development
  • Peer/Market Analysis
  • Engagement Audits & Assessments

What You’ll Bring

You must have:

  • At least three years of experience in brand strategy 
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
  • The desire to collaborate and continuously learn
  • An ability to effectively manage your time around multiple projects

It would be great if you have:

  • Agency experience
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations
