About the Role

You’ll help manage projects for a client base that spans internationally recognized nonprofit organizations, philanthropies, social enterprises, and advocacy organizations focused on diverse issues and challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with our production, creative, and development teams to progress projects to the finish line and respond to client requests efficiently and effectively. This internship has a three month commitment with the opportunity to join us full time based on performance and growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in coordinating several brand and website projects concurrently
  • Successfully deliver projects on time, on quality, and within budget
  • Create project schedules, coordinate meetings, and create agendas
  • Ensure deliverables meet client goals and project deadlines
  • Scope, budget, and deliver project plans
  • Balance being an advocate for the client and the Visceral team
  • Ask the right questions and collaboratively deliver the right solutions
  • Coordinate ongoing retainer requests to existing websites
  • Monitor and report on traffic analytics of client websites

You must have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, communications) or be close to graduating
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The desire to collaborate and continuously learn
  • An ability to effectively manage your time around multiple projects

It would be great if you have:

  • An interest in and understanding of websites and brand strategy
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience using Google Analytics

What you can expect:

  • Hourly wage
  • Up to 20 hours per week
  • Three month internship with the potential opportunity to extend or transition to full time
