In August 2011, in partnership with Fleishman-Hillard Europe, Visceral designed and developed the Nycomed Respiratory Newsroom – a website focused on supporting Nycomed’s media outreach activities at the 2011 European Respiratory Society’s annual conference.

The site features three social-media releases as well as integrated, story-specific tweets and conference-specific content with podcasts, photos, audio and video assets.

The mobile component for the Nycomed Respiratory Newsroom features a paired down version of the nycomedrespiratorynewsroom.com website, focused on delivering key information to attendees of the 2011 European Respiratory Society’s annual conference.

The site provided a number of streamlined, mobile-optimized content resources and quick-contact tools for attendees and journalists.

The mobile site also features QR code integration – linking onsite event-promotion posters for key scientific presentations to audio presentations that attendees were able to listen to via their mobile phones.
